The outpouring of love and support that has been given to the Ukrainian Refugees is illustrated here by the exemplary operation I witnessed this week at Berlin Haupbahnhof (main train station).
I have been extremely touched by stories of orphans being fostered, a single woman being welcomed to a family even though she has a dog and schools stepping up their support with donations and dialogue, as well as welcoming pupils. Just to name a few.
I have so much gratitude towards everyone who is supporting those who have left their home to find refuge elsewhere.
May we all keep them in our hearts as we support them in whatever way is personally meaningful. 💙💛
