We are voting via absentee ballots this year.

Will the city of Decatur extend the start of Sunday alcohol sales from 13:30 to 11:00? The thought seems funny to Berliners who are used to more relaxed rules around alcohol consumption.
We are proud to continue to be able to vote for civil rights legend John Lewis as our US Representative.

And we are watching closely to see who will become our new governor. Will Georgia elect the US’s first black female governor?

Whatever your political beliefs, I hope that everyone votes this November. And respects the thoughts and opinions of others. Only through respect and dialog can we continue to grow as a country. And maybe even heal past wounds, too.
